Tesco mobile sent notifications to my elderly mother in-law regarding shutting down the network on which her simple flip phone operates. I phoned into EE at The Springs and spoke to 'Eddie' for advice on an alternative. I received excellent advice from him, and will be heading into store tomorrow to collect a new sim and switch networks. -Following the network switch, handled swiftly and professionally, I received an email from EE, stating that I was 'one click way' from confirming my new Sky TV contract.....? I rang into the store to query this and was told to delete the email, as it was a promotional email. In my opinion, the email was nothing short of a scam. The staff at EE The Springs are outstanding, and deserve better than having to defend their customers from this kind of marketing.

I went there becouse i needed to buy a new phone,on the arrival we been looked after Endmund very polite service. I wanted to buy a phone pay and go but doesn't work like that there I've been asked if I'm a EE member ( that I am ) and gone through a long process about 1 hour .. in the end I couldn't pay that day still don't understand why , I been told that I need to pay in 15 days . 15 days later called online to do the payment ( and other 40 min ) and payment was done successfully for the phone 875 £ so EE staff told me that I don't have to pay anything. Next day I see a payment have been taken 37.50£ from EE for the phone payment , so I called again E E ( and other 30 min ) to speak to someone becouse i have paid for the phone , person in the other side of the phone said that I havent paid off the phone and they can't see on the system the payment....after 10 minutes I've been told that they made a mistake and that I will have the money back to my account as a refund 3 days later no refund. About 3 hours of my life are wasted and still no refund !!! Last new phone i bought from Currys and it took about 10 min, go to shop -pick the device-pay Endmund after all did his best to go through everything

5 star service from Brian who was so patient and professional. Went above and beyond to sort out my upgrade . The store closed at 6 but he stayed until 6.45 to complete the download without any complaint or upset . A real credit to the company . Thank you
