Often pay a visit to this suburban retail park. Great for a coffee pit stop or a bit of retail therapy. There is a fab M&S food hall on site selling all the usual tasty favourites. The fresh cut flower range is impressive and great value. It’s easy to park, lots of shops in one area, very easy to drive to. I love the TK Max store on site and can spend hours browsing in here, I always leave with a lighter purse 🤣 There are a handful of coffee shops, usual chains. Costa & Cafe Nero both operate their own reward systems.

Pretty decent amount of shops, parking and eateries. Would be nice to have some public toilets though, they are only available in certain shops (like Next) but they're limited in numbers. Got quiet a few car chargers, but often people just park in them without charging! Hopefully the new parking rules will help with that.

Restaurants, cinema, coffee shops, Hotel Chocolate and M&S good. No public toilets. Parking layout awkward and cramped. The site is at an elevation above Leeds and is very exposed to weather. If it's wet & windy avoid it, snowing definitely do not go. The rest of the shops are small, cramped and have stock issues so it's best to shop online unless going out for leisure, you rarely find what you are looking for. Added to this you have bored fluorescent SIA security playing games randomly on people, particularly if you get back from holiday & have a tan. It's not really a comfortable space like a traditional city centre. To be honest the motorway services at the next junction has a better customer service attitude. To sum it up in a single word, "meh".

Best shopping experience in the area! The area is great if you want to relax and shop. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are always willing to assist without being pushy. I appreciate their focus on the customer. Great deals and a huge variety of products. Always worth a look, especially for clearance items. I saved a ton of money here.

Decent entertainment centre and shopping with limitations, for example M&S food hall is the only grocery outlet. The car park is huge but yet it can be difficult to find a parking spot and the number of shoppers suggest that it's being used as a car park by people working nearby, not necessarily by those working in the stores
