Nàdarra Spa

Unfortunately a really rough experience. Beautiful surroundings, but every chair and lounger was covered in wet robes so there was nowhere to sit. Not much within the spa itself. Nowhere to put things. The outdoor pools were absolutely beautiful and did save most of the day. However they get busy quickly as the spa was so full. The food was genuinely bad. I had to provide my allergy requirements loads of times and then they forgot and had to remake it after I asked which left a gap of 10-15 minutes between us eating, but that's not the end of the world. The salmon was slimy and the chicken was like rubber. Unfortunately just a bad experience. Absolutely not worth the insane price. Very lovely staff though!

Excellent spa and treatments. Cannot comment on value as the trip was a gift. Food was good and drinks seemed reasonable cost. Views from the infinity pool’s excellent with loads of house martins and swallows flying around.

As a Spa Manager, a consultant to spa businesses and a previous bar manager at a country club, this did not meet my expectations. It was beautiful facilities but that is where is ended. It was not serene, spa like or relaxing. It was overcrowded you could not get into one of the pools as the members, hotel guests didn’t leave and because of the lack of hook and places to put robes and shoes. It was a mess everywhere. Even though it says spa etiquette don’t leave your robes and stuff all over the beds, but people do. It might help if the spa coordinator told people this upfront.. Most spas make you leave your phones in the locker for serenity not here. There everywhere and people actually having loud conversations on them. Guests vaping in the pool area, also not allowed. Look at the photos it’s a pig sty. Then they were setting up for a private event, hence the word private…but that didn’t stop a staff member telling us it was James for race Across the World. Not very private if the staff are telling all the guests. I won’t be going again, in fact I’m going to lodge a complaint. It’s ran like a 3 star hotel room in Benidorm. They need to figure out if they want to be a private spa or the facilities are for gym members as it’s not working as both. It was like being at a nicer facility of The Village Gym , the difference is I pay £50 a month for village and they know their a gym first with spa facilities for hotel and gym guests.

Had such a lovely day here. Hazel on reception was very helpful when we arrived. I had a lovely treatment with Hayley. We also enjoyed a great lunch and the lady was very helpful (sorry I didn't get her name). Spa was very clean and tidy, plenty of seats and areas to go in. I see it has grown since my last visit with an additional outdoor pool, bar and infrared sauna. Just fab

Good spa just a little less spacious. Women’s facilities is grey as they provide hair dryers and straighteners for use age after your showers. At the time of going very very short staff which affected our overall experience as we had to wait a long drink for our food and drinks pre lunch.
