Great vibe on site, brilliant location. 2 pubs, one doing lovely grub. Alison couldn't have been more helpful making sure our large family group were all together. Will definitely be going back
Good level fields showers hot but it is a quid. Quiet time isn't until 11pm so if you've young children who want to sleep at 8 no chance! Nice park nearby
Absolutely amazing time on this campsite. Facilities are super clean. Perfect area for camping with a train station within a 5 minute walk.
Quoted £20 a night as a backpacker, what a joke. I've camped at many great campsites big and small - spotlessly clean facilities, lovely hot free showers, even free wifi in some places - and I've hardly ever had to pay more than £15 a night as someone with no vehicle in a tiny one man tent. Get real!!
Due to heatstroke was unable to go here but will highlight my experience with booking and a phone call made with Alison very helpful easy to book cash only please note also it's coin operated shower so take plenty of pound coins
