Cottage Beams - Oak Fireplace Beams

Great service - we ordered from Cottage Beams earlier this month and our fireplace beam arrived this morning. A couple of weeks before we ordered, we contacted the team as we needed a bespoke size that wasn’t offered on the website. The team promptly replied explaining that they could still accommodate the order, and explained how to place the order to specify the measurements we needed. Once placed, the order was manufactured and delivered this morning, just 7 working days later which is brilliant for a bespoke piece. Mountings and fixings also arrived all in order. The beam looks GORGEOUS and is everything we dreamed of and more. It has truly brought our room together. Thank you so much Cottage Beams!

I ordered a 14cm X 14cm X 130cm fireplace floating beam in dark rustic oak. And it is a Wonderful quality product. Well worth the price tag. Delivery is a little slow because they are busy. And it is hard to get even a rough ETA from customer services, but it is definitely worth the wait. The website lead time are stated, but customer services do contradict this, I think they would benefit from a website update. The chat bot/ Customer services/ Automated sales emails and the banner on the website all state differing lead times. So this can be frustrating when trying to plan fitting dates. However that being said, this company is well worth the 5 stars they have been a pleasure to deal with. Great product and I will both recommend them and use them again.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We've just received our 54" Farmhouse Solid Oak Surround and we are delighted. The surround was manufactured and delivered quickly. The workmanship and quality of finish and materials are first class and all communication was outstanding. At every stage, and in my various phone calls to double-check a few things, they could not have been more helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This company exemplifies great product and outstanding service. Shelves we ordered were perfect. Had an issue with installation, not their fault, and called for advice. They arranged for a workshop guy to call me, discuss the problem, suggest solution and even texted me details of the product he would use if he had the same issue.
