We stayed at Newburgh House Bed & Breakfast for a weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ryan were excellent host and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the information we needed for our stay. The breakfast was rich and delicious honestly one of the best we’ve had at a bed & breakfast. The area was very quiet and perfect for relaxation. It was an excellent choice and we would highly recommend it to everyone! We would definitely visit again.

Went here for afternoon tea. The front garden is a bit unkempt and not a good first impression. The tea room in the house is nicely furnished and overlooks the back garden which is better maintained but lacked visual interest regarding the structure, planting and colour. The food and drinks were ok, the sandwiches lacked variety (cream cheese and cucumber only), the quiche and cream scones were good, and the cakes were ok but not special. Service was good.

Wow! My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Newburgh House for an afternoon tea experience with a Buyagift voucher, and we were completely blown away! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the sheer beauty of the house—both inside and out. The charm, elegance, and warmth of the place made us feel like we had stepped into a dream. And with ample parking, it was a stress-free experience from the start. The afternoon tea was nothing short of divine! Every bite was a testament to the freshness and homemade quality of the food. We indulged in delicate cucumber and cheese sandwiches, a mouthwatering feta, tomato, and onion quiche, perfectly baked plain and fruit scones, and an exquisite selection of cakes. Each bite was bursting with flavor, making it an unforgettable culinary delight! If I had to find a single tiny flaw, I would have loved a wider selection of sandwiches or the option to choose our preferred filling—but that’s purely a personal preference. Overall, Newburgh House was a magical experience, and we left feeling utterly spoiled.
