The Devonshire Arms Cracoe

About

Description

The Devonshire Arms at Cracoe in Wharfedale dates from the mid 1700s. Part of the Duke of Devonshire Estates it was built as a coaching inn with an additional 60 acres of farmland in what is now part of the Dales National Park.

Today it is a carefully renovated traditional country inn with 6 lovely en-suite bedrooms, 3 open fires in the timbered bars and a beautiful Victorian style grill room. Our Chefs produce high quality meals specialising in Rare Breed, traditionally reared meat, fresh North Sea fish and Bar Classics.

At the rear is a very large car park with 4 electric hook ups and fresh water and a lovely beer garden with beautiful fell views.

The famous Calendar Girls launched their iconic calendar at the Devonshire Arms.
