Neil was very professional, thorough and friendly. He did a very good job of servicing our boiler. Can highly recommend as he was excellent, and have every confidence in his work.
Bought 2 services for £76 (VAT inc) each (one this year and one next). Engineer insisted on changing a piece of hose but after he left, the oil started leaking out of the boiler because he hadn't fitted it correctly, so an awful smell of oil with oil flooding out of the boiler. He did return to fix the problem he had created but when the invoice arrived it was £130 (£63.33 with £15 for flexi hose + £15 for a nozzle + £15 for a seal + VAT). So our advice would be to avoid Craggs special offer service.
Here at Damartex UK ltd we have used Craggs and specifically Danny almond for at least 7/8 years. I cannot speak highly enough of his and Craggs service and would definitely recommend their service. 10 out of 10.
Absolutely wonderful service! The gauge on my oil tank was faulty and I ran out of oil. Craggs arranged delivery the same day and fixed the gauge! Thank you Tom and Stefan!
