Always worth a visit, excellent farm shop with locally produced goods. speciality foods. Cafe is great value for money, again locally produced.

I went here to visit my brother at work at the Vocation Brewery after he told me the walk up Cragg Vale was a beauty. He was absolutely right! Some of the most picturesque views you'll ever see, and at the top, this little hidden gem. If I lived anywhere nearby I would be inundating every business here with requests for a job, just so I could spend more time somewhere this beautiful. I envy everyone that works here, and couldn't be happier that my brother does just so I have an excuse to go back. The climb up is hard (although not back breaking), but the cafe and views at the top make it one of the most rewarding road walks you'll ever do in England.

Great place for lunch and breakfast lovely food and good price

The café on the site ( Craggies ) is very popular with walkers and cyclists. The food is particularly good being mostly home made, in particular their cheese and onion pie and steak pie. All day breakfast is also on the menu along with other delicious items. Bottled beer is also available which is sourced from the brewery on the same site, and is to be recommended! There is also a farm shop alongside selling a wide variety of local produce.

Good quality produce including fresh and cooked meats ready meals veg and fruit. Also contains a large cafe. Also Vocation Brewery beers for sale. Well worth a visit.
