Best farm shop I've been to as yet, and I've been to quite a few, in Clathorpe Yarm. Spot on for customer service. Excellent cut of meats and pies as this is what I bought so far,and will be returning soon. Very clean shop. The chicken and leek pie costing £3.75 was worth the money, full of chicken. The pork chop just over £3 Reasonable prices for quality items. Has a very large car park. A very popular cafe. Wheelchair friendly.
Fabulous farm shop selling high quality produce! We brought our meat from here for our weekend away and it was delicious! For reference I have a gluten allergy and the burgers are gluten free! Would recommend a visit here!
1st visit after a church friend recommended to me and will definitely be back. The best farm shop I have found since moving from Kent. The butchery section was a delight to discover, everything was wonderfully displayed, a chat with the lovely lady behind the counter assured me of the care and quality I could clearly see, that nothing is wasted is refreshing to hear. I had a great chat about buying my Christmas meat here, looking forward to it. The pie section was a joy to behold, and lead to great discussion on which flavour pork pies to try, they all looked so tempting - the markings on top made sure I would remember whose was whose 😋 The tea room was very busy, and it soon became apparent why, the choice of cakes, treats and meals was a delight. Next time I will book a table. Staff in every section were very kind, helpful and willing to assist my disabled friend. My grateful thanks to all the staff here.
The pies are definitely worth travelling for, filled with chucks of meat with plenty of sauce too. The butcher gave excellent information on his produce with recommended cooking instructions!
We were looking for a place that was open early for breakfast as we were heading South from Newcastle. Googled and found this lovely farm shop and figured since it has a butchers the breakfast should be good. It did not disappoint! The bacon and sausage were gorgeous! The eggs were perfectly cooked, runny yellows. Overall the food was good, environment and feel is cozy. Added photos of food and the farm shop inside as well.
