Rockliffe Hall

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Rockliffe Hall yesterday after reaching a point where I truly needed to disconnect from the world and recharge, and wow, this visit was exactly what I needed. I’ve stayed here before, but this time felt completely different, all thanks to Anna. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine care. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her kindness and attention to detail were exceptional. Every member of the Rockliffe team is fantastic (as you’d expect from a 5-star hotel), but Anna really stole the show for me. She’s a real asset to the hotel and someone who truly embodies what five-star hospitality should feel like. Thank you, Rockliffe Hall and thank you, Anna for reminding me how important it is to slow down and take time for myself. I left feeling rested, grounded, and incredibly grateful.

We came over from Cumbria and found a delightful, rural hotel nestled in the country side of south Durham/middlesborough. The staff are amazing particularly Cole in the bar who knew everything about the hotel and its history. Nothing was too much trouble. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the Uk, and this includes some of the best in London! Well worth a visit.

I wish I could rate Rockliffe higher for service - the staff were incredible from the moment we arrived. I've never felt so special; what a gorgeous experience. Currently working out how I can re-jig my finances to become a permanent resident.

10/10. The best spa hotel we’ve ever been to. Staff are so attentive and friendly, they go above and beyond! Rooms are very clean and the grounds are very well looked after. Really couldn’t rate the place enough, will definitely be returning.

We had the best time at Rockliffe hall. The staff were so friendly, and always happy to help. We had supper at Clubhouse both nights, where the food was exquisite and the sommelier (Alesso) was so passionate and knowledgeable. Lewis, our waiter on the second night, was also fabulous, as were all the team. The BEST dirty martini I’ve ever had. We also loved the bar overlooking the outdoor cinema - the team there always remembered us and our drinks order. Everyone cared a lot and it really showed. The spa team were also super, especially a lady who was in charge of the spa garden - definitely worth the extra to use that area - quiet and super relaxing. I felt like we were in Spain! The bedrooms were a great size , with lush views over the golf course . I loved the walk in wardrobe style area which included a makeup station. Lots of great films also included on the tv.
