We recently sold my mother’s bungalow after she moved into a care home, and the whole process was handled with such care and professionalism. Communication was excellent – I always felt kept in the loop with regular updates, and any questions I had were answered quickly. When the first sale unfortunately fell through, they moved fast, found a new buyer within a week, and kept everything on track. They managed all the viewings with potential buyers and guided us smoothly to completion. At what could have been a stressful time, they made things so much easier, and I’m really grateful for their support and the successful outcome.

Absolutely brilliant service. I've never rented before, I didn't know what to expect but Wilman Lodge took most of the burden and made moving house, which is one of the most stressful things anyone can do, a whole lot easier. The staff were amazing and were really helpful and very kindly put ip with all my stupid questions because I did not have a clue what I was doing.

Emma has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing a property. She has been efficient, proactive, prompt to reply and communicated well with us. We really appreciate all her help.
