Would not recommend. Would not reccomend Unique Creative Hair. Paid hundreds for my hair to look like this and they have refused even a partial refund. Apparently a perfect colour match and blend. **Response to reply** Dissatisfaction was informed to the salon more than once and I had made necessary enquiries before making a complaint. This is not something I ever look to do. I got advice from two other hair professionals before coming back with my finalised complaint. These pictures were after one wash with hair products recommended by a hair specialist for extensions. I have had these type of extension’s more than once before and I know how to maintain them and style them. I also know how they should look. Different pictures of my hair were released by this stylist to inform it looked fine but the hair was pinned back as she openly admitted she advised me the wrong amount of hair would be sufficient. Bearing in mind upon leaving the salon and getting home in a brighter light it was then apparent she had completely mismatched my colour. Upon leaving the salon and taking the hair down and then washing it I then saw how bad my hair looked. I appreciate the time and the stylists initial kind approach to which I have informed I would be happy with a partial refund meaning the stylist would still have funds for their time and enough to cover the hair I had purchased through her to which she declined. Bearing in mind I paid over £600 for the results shown in the pictures. The partial refund would go towards the payments I will need to make to have my completely redone. Even with my hair straightened and styled did it not look good, with various comments from family, colleagues and friends. Since leaving a separate review I had another dissatisfied client approach me with their experience and pictures to back this up. Therefore I feel it is important to share my experience. The request for a partial refund was advised after seeking advise from various regulatory bodies and other hair professionals. I recognise hair doesn’t always go to plan although I gave this stylist the opportunity to fix my hair more than once and she did not do this. I am more than disappointed with her response. I will be seeking further advise from regulatory bodies due to my experience and the great loss of money I have had. May the stylist consider to compensate me a partial amount of the treatment cost, I will find this a suitable settlement of this matter.

She recently did my daughter's first hair cut and she did an amazing job, my daughter was so happy and Bernie made such an effort to accommodate her being a little nervous, she said at the end - I don't like it - I LOVE it

I have been visiting Unique Creative Hair for ten years. Bernie is always honest, helpful and considerate. On my first visit, 10 years ago, Bernie discovered I had alopecia. In the face of what was an abrupt and distressing - almost heartbreaking- revelation, she treated me with tenderness and compassion, ensuring I was not embarrassed and that I kept my dignity. She made me realise there was nothing wrong with me, and believe that things would become okay. I left her salon knowing how to deal with it, both practically and emotionally . Ten years on, she still makes sure my hair - and my mind - is cared for to the highest standards, with cut and colour. I do not trust anyone else with my hair.

Would never go to anyone else! Bernie is the definition of a blonde specialist. She always explains the treatments I get and aftercare perfectly. No compliments at all love my hair as usual!
