Called in on the off chance that someone could take a look at a suspected insect bite on my child’s arm. Gunta could not have been any more helpful, extremely knowledgable and friendly.
Irresponsible & disappointed. I have 2 issues with them recently, being busy is not an excuse to ignore your customer appointment, my time is also valuable as well, my 1st appointment got canceled then I booked a 2nd one and came, and the lady told me was canceled and the check-up less than a year without sending any notification how ignorant that is. I went to another pharmacy got the medicine. The lady told me I could do the check-up with you now, there is no time limit.
Very poor service. Often takes over a week for peoples repeat meds to be ready. They don't seem to ever answer the phone. I have even been handed someone's else's medication by mistake and had to give them it back! Other pharmacies in the area are far quicker and more knowledgeable staff. I wont be using this chemist again.
Very poor service. Takes over a week before it's ready. Hit and miss with the text messages to let you know if your prescription is ready.
