I had a really positive experience at Community Focus Cycles. Sam is an incredibly kind, respectful, and professional person. He took the time to carefully check my bike and helped me feel much more confident and safe while riding. His patience and honesty really stood out, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping others. I appreciate people like Sam who support the community in such a thoughtful and generous way. 2nd time using CFC, both times have been stellar, never an issue, quick service - especially if you use your bike for commuting! Had a crash the first time I needed his expertise, needed a replacement rim and a service, took the bike the next day and had it back within a couple days, working like new. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who needs quick and good work!

Both myself and my boys use Sam for servicing and repairing our bikes. A genuine 5 star service, we wouldn't use anyone else. Nothing is too much trouble with all work done to a high standard and explained. If needed Sam will collect and drop of our bikes off too. Top bloke 👌🏼

Messaged Sam yesterday about doing the brakes on my Engwe electric bike and asked when he could do it and he replied Tommrow morning. Took it to his place for 0800 this morning and he had the new brake pads ready to fit. He cleaned my discs up,checked and adjusted my gears and the brakes too. Sam is fantastic at his job and my bike will be going here from now on. If you want anything doing to your bike by a very trustful mechanic with excellent customer service bring it to Sam.
