Ignorant delivery drivers are a right pain. They park where they want, causing constant problems for customers. They stand in the way when you are trying to get served. Just like McDonald's, the worst thing they ever did was delivery. It has killed the in-store experience. But who cares right? As long as profits are up. Then there's the staff. A few of the younger ones are desperately trying to split themselves in 2 to deal with all the deliveries and served too. The older chavy ones just dodder around in the isles, allegedly stacking the shelves, but generally just chatting and getting in the way. I prefer to drive down to Morrisons.

Just wanna say massive thank you to the lady who served me today think she could have been a manager as she didn't have a uniform on I was having problems with my card as kept declining definitely had money in there and the lovely lady used her phone to pay for my items so my son could have his breakfast Thank you so much it was very much appreciated saved me alot of stress ❤️

Staff are becoming increasingly more carefree, especially the new younger staff. Hot items are always left out well past there display times without a price reduction and when asked if they can knock the price down at the till to what they should be, they claim they can’t do it. (older more friendly staff have done this in many occasions) This time the girl currently on till then still scanned the out of date item at full price and tried to charge me for it! Never a smile or any hint of customer service from these new girls, I’ve watched them stand there and watch older customers struggling to pack there bags with big cues behind them with only one person in the till and their arms crossed. Really not happy with recent service at this co-op

Staff constantly talking to each other even when serving you. It's extremely rude when you're speaking to them and they ignore you and continue their conversation on their headsets. They stand around chatting to each other in the isles and you feel bad trying to get past them as well. I don't think they should stop talking to each other and being friendly with each other but it's very unprofessional when customers need something and they act like you interrupted them.
