Hawksby's

Fantastic service and generosity (and a brilliant shop for gifts too!). I recently made a big mistake in not checking my bins for an order from Hawksbys for a Christmas present, and a beautiful stain glass gift was lost. The shopkeeper and the artist that had made the gift were quick to send me a replacement free of charge! I know this is no small feat of generosity especially for an independent business so it has meant the world to me for their generosity. Thank you guys for saving my Christmas present, and I will check my bins next time!

This is the kind of shop I love to discover when visiting a new place! Unique, interesting, fun items- nice variety of artisan crafts. I found some lovely treasures to take home; definitely not mass-produced stuff you see everywhere. Staff was friendly and took time to chat. Darling shop in beautiful Haworth.

So I didnt actually purchase anything here; however I would like to say how welcoming and the quality of customer service in this shop. I didnt catch the ladies names but I went for a look on Thurs 25th November which was late night shopping . ⭐The shop was dressed to perfection with a stunning colourful tree in the middle which I wish I had got a picture of for this review. . .I would like to mention how on entering I was offered either a sherry or port but not keen so the lady then said she had some Baileys and promptly gave me some and we had some lovely chats and they were very humourous. 😍😂 I thought that the products were fantastic and very locally sourced albeit not in my current budget. Also on leaving the ladies had some spare fairy lights that they passed onto me as they were making the props for the Xmas parade . I left feeling all warm and fuzzy these shop owners are a credit to Howarth and why this type of shop.is so successful. I will be back next year and would love to purchase something hopefully my budget will allow but never forget the kindness of strangers. Thank you and a merry xmas one and all 🤩🎅🧚‍♀️

I love visiting galleries, the creative thought and skill always impresses me, Hawksby's is without doubt the best gallery I have ever been in, superb variety of artists and products and all high quality, all superbly presented, as a collector of quirky items, this is my go to from now on.
