Nice gym, nice staff, good arrangement of machines. The only issues are: people stood in hallway smoking/vaping on entering the building, the weights/machines can be cold due to it being in a mill, fingerprint entry system is good but some users lick their fingers then use it which is unhygienic, there are no sauna or showering facilities and therefore the membership fee is not value for money comparatively speaking but overall a good gym.

Going from Everlast Keighley, to Iron Time, the difference quality and the way the gym is looked after is huge. Top notch equipment, perfect amount of members without it seeming over-crowded, you’re never waiting around to use a piece of equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff, too. Overall, I’m very pleased with this Gym and proud to be a member.

I've been training for over 40 years. This gym has quality equipment and some proper old school kit that Arnie used. You don't see equipment like that in the pouting and strutting gyms.
