Tom is a pro at making you feel welcome and letting you find your own pace. How many times have you been to a class and thought you were being shouted at! With Tom he is just there to help and you always feel great after each session. A great guy.

I have trained consistently for the past 20 years and always stayed in my comfort zone of weightlifting. I joined Trax and immediately Tom got me into HIIT training which has been a game changer for me. In the best shape I’ve been in for years!! A great community too!

I initially met Tom through a different gym, lockdown hit and the gym he coached at weren't offering the sparring class which he taught. I built a lot of rapport with Tom over the years as he makes everyone in his class feel welcome. I got in contact with Tom after hearing he was starting his own gym and wanted to do some classes. There are gyms closer to me but I travel from Keighley to this gym in Oxenhope because it's the best at what it does. The parking is not an issue which is a bonus. Tom is a great coach, he has a really good way of breaking concepts down so you can understand them. He isn't a one size fits all type of guy and tries to tailor movements to suit you and has brilliant observation skills. As for the rest of the class members, everyone is supportive and there to learn so they are all very helpful. The equipment is great even though the pads and bags have been kicked, punched, elbowed etc they are all in great condition. The class times work for me, I go most Saturdays and would love to come more if my personal timetable allowed for it. I think the Saturday Thai session is early enough so you will have the rest of the day to yourself but not too early that you are too tired and non functioning. Another bonus is the cleanliness of the gym, everything is always super clean.

I came here from another gym in cross hills as a friend recommended Tom. It was the best decision I've ever made, the instructor is amazing. He caters to different skill sets and welcomes everyone from all backgrounds and experience. He really makes you feel welcome and comfortable and takes time to remember individual weak points and seats everyone on their own path which in a group of people is very impressive. They offer a variety of different classes and usually I wouldn't feel comfortable doings different classes on my own but with Trax I am confident I can go into any class in my own and I will feel welcomed. The instructor is just an honest genuine lovely person, I honestly don't think you will find any other class like his. I don't normally leave reviews for anything but this man truly deserves it!

I've been using Trax Gym for around a year now. I do a mixture of bootcamp and spin classes along with PT sessions. The classes are great, they really challenge you. The PT sessions are really good, Tom helps to set realistic and achievable goals. There is a lovely community within the gym where everyone is supportive of each other. There's no feelings of intimidation or feeling inadequate. I'm really grateful of the support that Tom and the other members have given to me.
