A lovely park with a playground for kids, outdoor gym for adults, sports courts, and bowling green. The paths are decent. There's plenty of space to wander around. The flowerbeds and trees are well looked after.
It has lovely views and good facilities for young children, enclosed play area with the usual climbing frames, tyre swings etc and a concrete ramps for older children and teens, plus a bowling green. It's very frustrating that the bowling green is now entirely closed off by railings and you can no longer sit and look at the views.
Great park with a skate park and clean public toilets.
Great fun for our granddaughter. Good play equipment MUGGA and ramps for bikes skateboards etc . People in the park were friendly. Few dogs being walked and pooing on the grass where the gym equipment is. (Poo picked up)
A lovely park, with beautiful buildings and a crown green. Unfortunately at night it does seem to attract an unwanted crowd so be warned but other than that it is usually filled with friendly dog walkers and children playing. On a side note the bowls team are currently running free taster session, which is great fun.
