Mary is amazing! You are always made to feel completely welcome and comfortable in one of her classes. She is extremely experienced in Pilates and very knowledgeable about what will help your body to remain fit and healthy. Her classes offer a range of exercises for all abilities, with easier alternatives and more challenging options. I have been going for a couple of years now and look forward to the class every week!
Mary's online classes are wonderfully varied and well thought out to keep you fit and focused on staying that way. She is more than an exercise guru, she takes a personal interest in her clients and shares her home, family and dogs with you so that you feel a real connection both mentally and physically. Her personality makes her special so that you just want to do your best for her but ultimately for yourself. I have lived and exercised in gyms and clubs in several countries in my long life but Mary is my favourite instructor by far!
I have been doing Mary’s online classes since lockdown and love them. There is a great variety of classes and varying lengths which really helps to fit them in when you’re busy. They’re really clear and easy to follow and sufficiently challenging with plenty of options make the exercises harder or easier. Mary’s classes are an ideal form of strength training for any runner and have definitely kept me injury free.
I have been part of Mary's fitness group for 7 years now, taking part in a range of classes from Pilates to Ab Attack. The positive impact upon my physical and mental health has been tremendous. During lockdown Mary provided online sessions which gave a valuable structure and continuity to my everyday life. Mary is a wonderful, enthusiastic, instinctive and encouraging teacher. Taking part in her classes always gives a lift to the day, no matter what else is going on.
I’ve taken part in many different Pilates classes over the years with many diffferent instructors but Mary’s classes are head and shoulders above them all. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and will tailor different moves to your ability, taking into account any injuries or problems you may have. I always feel that I’ve worked hard at the end of a class and that I’m making a difference to my body strength. I’ve also had sports massage with Mary which is excellent too. I wholeheartedly recommend 👍🏼😍.
