Kelly is highly skilled and always well-prepared for her classes. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and actively asks what the group would like to focus on. I struggled with sciatica, and she provided exercises that significantly eased my pain—it really worked! I highly recommend her classes if you're looking for effective exercises along with genuine support during pregnancy. It was a fantastic experience, and I hope to return for classes with my baby soon.

I went to classes with Kelly when I was pregnant, and then went back with my baby, to baby yoga. Both classes were so lovely and relaxing. It takes something special to make a class full of new mums and babies feel calm and happy, and Kelly manages it so well. She is so lovely and takes care of everyone. My baby yoga days were some of my favourite of my maternity leave - thank you, Kelly!

I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough. I have had the pleasure of doing Mum and Baby yoga after the birth of my little one. Kelly creates a a wonderful safe space for Mum’s to share their experiences as well as practice yoga and movement with your little one. Our love for yoga has continued and we are always excited to go to Family yoga which is full of fun activities to enjoy with your children. Kelly’s Hatha yoga class on a Monday evening is great for all abilities and not only challenges you but also allows you to focus on the postures with Kelly’s guidance ensuring you get the most of your practice. Finally one of my favourites sessions to attend is Kelly’s outdoor yoga. What better way to practice yoga than barefoot outdoors (even better if it’s been raining) with the sounds of the flowing stream nearby and the added bonus of yummy vegan treats and tea around a warm fire to finish.

Kelly's yoga classes for parents and babies/toddlers are so welcoming. It's great to have a group that's fun and beneficial for both the mum and the baby! Her class is one of my favourite activities to do with my son.

Kelly's classes are brilliant. She is so knowledgeable, approachable and just wants you to be the best you can be at whatever stage she meets you and whenever you come to the mat. She is so empowering and I never, ever regret a class. Kelly is great!
