Stone Pharmacy Darfield

Rang today to see if they had got my prescription. The phone rang for over 5 minutes,no answer. This situation is very unsatisfactory. I wanted to avoid a wasted journey. You need to do better.

Staff are helpful. Best thing about this place is the opening times and the stock level. Open late and they had majority of the stuff i required and even if they did they ordered it in for the next day.

Had to add a comment and review just to say thank you for being so good and going the extra mile to help. Always every kind and helpful staff even when putting up with some disrespectful customers who moan and groan about waiting in line.

They've lost my custom after being stood waiting 15 minutes to be served and the staff member chinwagging about other people's illnesses

I called in one evening for antibiotics and the staff were all friendly, compassionate and efficient. I'd just been told at Tesco Pharmacy that I'd need to make an appointment for the following day so I thought I'd try Stone Pharmacy as I had nothing to lose. Thanks to the staff at Stone, I didn't need to miss work the following day and could begin treatment before it got worse.
