A lovely cosy stall with excellent tea and fresh, delicious and soft donuts. Syeda and Zain were very friendly, providing welcoming service that made the visit even better. It was raining when we went, and the hot, flavourful karak chaii reminded us of home. Definitely worth a visit.
Absolutely loved this place! The donuts were freshly made and tasted amazing — you can really tell the difference. The karak chai was rich, perfectly brewed, and very comforting. What made the experience even better was the awesome customer service — friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!
We used to love visiting chaiwali for the Blackpool style donuts but unfortunately have been put off due to the terrible customer service. Up until a few months ago the customer service was great, however we visited last week and the lady who served us was miserable. She confused us with the prices, and I ended up having to explain to her the price of the item we wanted off the menu. She told us the churros were fresh but they were not. She also must have forgot to add any cinnamon sugar as they were totally plain. It's a shame we used to visit all the time but I don't think we'll be back.
After going down a couple of times I was happy to see they now delivered! As always this place was on point, the donuts are fresh and remind me of the ones you get at the seaside. The san Sebastian was really good as were the brownie and milkshakes. They even gave us a free milkshake which is amazing of them. Thank you for a great dessert we will be back!
The drinks are okay, but the girl who works there is so miserable and unfriendly. She can never be bothered to bring things to peoples cars even though it’s part of the service? And she’s rude to customers. And I only ever get one thing from here anyway, so I won’t be returning. Hire better staff!
