The food isn't always cooked properly. Sometimes its hard, burnt or undercooked. Even the mild is spicy. The wedges are semi hard and some inedible. Dont even mention the chips if you're wanting hard oil filled pockets for chips this is your place. If you're someone who cares about their health, avoid it itll give you heartburn and indigestion due to rushed undercooked chips. The wedges are always hard and charge for them yet they’re inedible. More than half of them go into the bin. They’re dry and hard. Cold and taste like they’ve not been defrosted prior cooking. More than half are always stale. The chicken burger is a no-go-zone! The centre of the food (other than the edges) of the chicken burger is always hard, it's like chewing pencil erasers - rubber like takes ages to chew yet it's chicken. For those who don't want to smell like burning neither strong oil then avoid this shop before occasions because you'll smell and feel greasy. Staff are friendly, nice atmosphere, ample parking. Safe area. The feeling this shop gives it's like a family run business. I'll leave you to do the maths inbetween on what to expect. The likelihood of the food being on point or edible is like 1 out of 5 times. Its caused myself and those who eat the food severe gut issues such as GURD like symptoms due to the meats and food not being cooked properly at the right temperature. I used to go to this shop daily and always had an issue. The images see for yourself. THERE'S NO CONSISTENCY WITH FLAVOUR, TEXTURE OF THE FOOD AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE TIME IT'S AWFUL TO EAT.
Tried this place for the first time in a October 2023. This place is real value for money, ordered four burger meals. The staff are very polite and fully understand the menu. The food is nice and freshly cooked. The premises is a bit small, but very clean and has tables to eat in. You can’t beat this place in terms of value for money. The labelling on the boxes was really helpful.
