Tikka hot pizza was very good but the wedges don’t taste as good as I remember. Decent prices but they do take a while for the food if you’re ordering pizza
I ordered Dilkash Special, mix of spicy mince, chicken tikka, onions, peppers, chillies, and sweetcorn. However I got an upset stomach with one slice and I have an egg allergy and I normally have this pizza but this time I feel like there was egg traces. I'm really annoyed by this and won't be purchasing this again.
Havent ordered from here in over 4 months due to the extremely long wait times and shocking service. Thought I’d give it a try today but no change. Last time we ordered we waited over 2 hours and no one would pick the phone up when trying to find out where our order was- was trying to ring for over 40 mins before they picked up and said it’s on its way. Then arrived over 20 mins after this (we live only 5-8 mins away at most). Ordered again today and the same thing happened. Rang to find where my order is and they wouldn’t pick up. But when I used a different phone they picked up pretty much straightaway - said would be 5-10 mins and that it’s already on the way. Then waited another 35 mins before the food finally arrived - again a wait time of over 2 hours. And to top it off food was just lukewarm. Won’t be ordering from here again. Not even one word of an apology for the delay when it finally arrived.
Travelled up from London to see family and was recommended Dilkash. Doner meat was nice. Chilli sauce spicy.
Always order in advance and make sure you have extra time to wait around because food takes on average 40-60 mins to make. Queues in the shop can be overwhelming. The food is good quality and they can follow instructions well. Only downfall is the times they open all food is available after 5:15pm as they don’t officially open until 5pm. However you can order at 4:30 in advance for collection at 5:15pm onwards
