Horrendous service, i would give 0 of i could. Got pushed down the line of using roslyns by heineken never again! Where do i start... first of all we was assigned a BDM which we didnt need as we already had one from heineken. The BDM that was sent instead of an accountant was basically clueless couldnt answer any question without getting his phone out to ring someone or googling! No experience in accounting whatsoever, they told us they was sorting our tax repayments out never got sorted and ended up with a fine! Spreadsheets with figures of takings and everything else not updated for months total waste of time. And as for the stocktacker telling us our gp was 65%, when its below 50% because its too much trouble to do his job! STAY WELL CLEAR THEY ARE MORE OF A HINDRENCE TO YOUR BUSINESS THAN AN ACTUAL HELP! NEVER AGAIN In reply: how am i supposed to speak someone when you never answer the phone or wont phone us back like we have requested, because you know your in the wrong. Standard service for your lot too much trouble.

I just want to leave a comment to show my appreciation to Roslyns they're so helpful and can help with any queries. However, I would like to leave a review on Jonathan and the reason for this is because from the moment I've started he has been nothing but supportive and helpful in every situation. I was new to being a director of a pub and Jonathan put me on the right track about everything and making sure everything was running smoothly. So therefore I would seriously recommend using Jonathan from Roslyns and the rest of the team as they have nothing but your best interests at heart.

Started using Rosylns 1 year ago. Lee Goodship is my business manager from the company and I think he is fantastic.From the very start he has been patient with me as I knew nothing about accounts,vat etc. Lee has always guided me with my learning. He has done this professionally but with warmth. I can always go to him with questions and he answers them honestly and is very helpful with my business. Lee is so valuable to the success of my accounts and company that I really would be lost without him. Yes it's his job but he does it with respect and ive never felt can't contact him.
