Toyota Aygo SB09XRH purchased one year ago, described as being in "Mint condition" with no mechanical defects, has just failed it's MOT catastrophically and is considered beyond viable repair. The car cost £2470. Car Palace have not responded to my telephone message, and I have sent a recorded delivery letter confirming the situation. I have asked for my money back, less an allowance for one year's use. I will modify this review based on their response. Car Palace have now responded, and have effectively washed their hands of the matter. They blame the MOT station that carried out the last test. If these people had any integrity they would offer a refund if only to protect their reputation, but all they care about is money.

Dealership lied to. Car ended up getting scrapped. They told me the car wasn’t a previous write off. Just been told by the scrapping company it was previously Cat N
