Do not use this garage, i purchased a 8 seater from them end of august, they delivered it ( drove it to me over 1hr drive), car was off the road for 3 weeks due to waiting for insurance to start, after driving it the brakes was not working correctly, took it to a garage they informed me the ABS pump has failed, going to be over £600 to replace, contacted them was told they will speak to a manager and no contact since, car has got warranty but what was never disclosed until payment was made is that it only covers engine and gearbox, also does not cover diagnostic or diagnosis time/cost and is only up to £1000, very bad customer service

Highly recommend this seller. The staff know how to treat a customer. We bought our mini SUV and I given 5 stars to this company, because 10 not exist :) Communication from 1 call to end of purchase was fantastic. We found car, make a call, checked, had a drive test. Really good, nice, polite staff.They are so helpfull-always ready to answer all question. Highly recommend.

The guys could not have been more friendly or helpful. They were honest about any issues with the car on first inspection and had everything fixed in time for collection. Even after I bought the car they took responsibility for fixing a small problem that I discovered. I would definitely recommend buying a car from S9.

Avoid this garage at all costs!! I bought a car from them at the start of October. So far I've waited 8 weeks and still don't have the v5 through. I called them several times and told they would chase this up, I contacted the DVLA who explained nothing had been sent so cost me £25 to get it, the garage wasn't willing to refund this. Also I'd not had the car 6 weeks and the clutch had gone, the garage told me to ring aa as you get 3 months warrant. This is not the case and don't be fooled, u get 3 month warranty for electrical faults and nothing else. The garage were not willing to fix the clutch or even meet me half way and since I'd bought it I'd drove 82miles in it. What made the matter even worse is the boss wasn't willing to even call me to discuss and I was told he's really busy!! Joke of a garage would never buy from them or recommend to anyone
