Many thanks to Sam and his team for looking after me, from start to finish the service and communications have been fantastic. Due to work commitments everything has been done over the phone and everything that Sam said he has delivered and more. Approached Lux Automotive after seeing a car they advertised online. The customer service was unlike any other I’ve experienced before, no pressure was applied, Sam toured me around the C Class, and showed me other cars similar. I was happy to make a deal, on collected day, the car was valeted and they gave me a complimentary voucher to get my car cleaned from there in house valeting team. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We shall be returning for my husbands car!
