Brilliant service. Paul is a great guy. I bought a lovely Astra, and a sensor went on it a couple weeks after, causing the fan to run constantly … as soon aa I told Paul, he said ‘drop it off’ and he had it repaired within a couple days- free of charge as it was still under warranty. Highly recommend
Even though the van I bought had a fault, Paul was very good about it and we came to a mutual agreement. My point is that Paul has integrity which I haven’t found in other dealers and that’s so refreshing. so for that I give him top marks
We have just purchased a Renault Scenic from Paul and the service we received has been excellent. Paul sent over a video tour of the car prior to purchase, as well as always being contactable by phone, providing great customer service. The car is in fantastic quality and very well priced, perfect for my young family and I. Can't fault the service at all and can't recommend P&L highly enough.
Just collected 2012 Peugeot 3008 which I purchased for my Grand daughter, Charlie, she is absolutely over the moon with the vehicle. Customer service is great, couldn't ask for better. Given that the vehicle would be transporting three children under school age the Vendor P&L Car Sales on Effingham road Sheffield, ensured that the vehicle was fit for purpose. Prices are competitive, no flim flam sales pitch, just accommodating help. The vehicle was MOT'd and to save hassle road tax was put on the vehicle on our bnehalf which meant that Charlie could get behind the wheel as quickly as possible with the least fuss. Would I recommend P&L Car Sales, absolutely I would. If you are looking for competively priced used vehicles please do take a look, you wont be disappointed
What a pleasure to buy from, We purchased a VW Polo from Paul for our sons first car, I was sent a video walk around and after speaking on the phone I paid for the car, due to being far away Paul arranged for it to be delivered and when it arrived it was the first time I saw it and was very happy. Thankyou, highly recommended
