! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! we left a deposit to buy this van as we were promised it was a clean van, we thought we seen a dent in the walk around video and when we asked about about the dent he replied what dents, he says the van is clean and could just do with a buff, when we arrived the back bumper is split and is rattling about, and has a large dent in the back door, and several small dents all over the van, the bottom of the passanger door has a large fold in it aswell, the van is a black crafter the generic paint work is rough, the cargo space in the van was nothing but a mess, the workers didn’t care about that we drive 5 hours from Scotland, the yard was a mess and didn’t have a good vibe it is not somewhere that you feel confident in but a £22k van even if it was clean, we did get the deposit back but we advise anyone that considers buying a vehicle here should second guess there thought. I would give no stars if we could.
Bought a BMW X4 M40i from Jimmy at Sheffield Auto centre 3 weeks ago now. Wanted to come on and praise the place. Jimmy was very easily contactable, was more than willing to go through any questions/concerns I had and was always happy to help where he could. He reserved the car for 2 weeks for me with a minimal deposit. Would certainly use again. Was a pleasure mate thank you.
Great bunch of lads down there, bought my first car from them and it’s been an absolute pleasure to drive. Had a slight issue with the lock on the drivers side and they sorted it next day for me, would reccomend to anybody. Cheers guys!
Was Looking for a cheap and reliable car, and these guys delivered, The service was quick, I got to inspect the car on the same day I asked about it, gave it a good test drive, all was good with the car so I bought it on the same day and it has been running great since (8 months since I've bought it now)
Excellent customer service, from start to finish. I was very impressed by the professionalism and openness of the owner who gave us an amazing deal on our new car!
