Bought A180 Mercedes from here just over a month ago, had nothing but a fantastic service, not pushy with sales, went on a test drive, sorted the car out and had it delivered within a week of test driving. Had a small issue with the car which couldn’t have been known at purchase, couldn’t be more helpful in rectifying and ensuring the issues are resolved in a quick manner, nothing was too much trouble. I bought a Peugeot 2008 from Sam just over a week ago, but have waited to post a review as I wanted to give the car a good run first. In the week I've had it, it's driven from Sheffield to Wiltshire to West Wales and back, so around a 550 mile round trip, plus lots of school runs and errand running and it's been absolute perfection! The whole process was really smooth and I couldn't be happier with the car I bought. I emailed Sam with my (long!) list of requirements and he responded very quickly with a few suggestions, one of which was ideal. Booked to view it the next day, and it was there ready and waiting, freshly serviced and cleaned. Sam answered all my questions and was a really nice guy to deal with. Great family run car business, and would definitely recommend. We bought a Mini Countryman and have been very pleased. Sho took care of us and sorted (for free!) an issue with the battery when we bought it back a couple of months later. Good honest guys and will return next time we need a used car.

Recently bought a car from here was hassle free, no sales banter, free to look at the car at own leasure. Very helpful. I have had a couple of things I was not happy with a quick phone call and one issue was resolved within the hour. The other is currently being resolved next week. Fantastic customer service.
