Steve Lokwa is a cowboy landlord who sublets properties from the actual owners & crams as many tenants into each place without providing the legal required amenities. Advertises rooms as no deposit then charges a deposit but does not legally secure them into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Tried evicting me without issuing a Section 21 - said in an email I had mental illness & claimed he'd seen my medical record (which would be illegal). Illegally entered my room in April 2022 & started getting confrontational until I called the police who escorted him out.
This agency does not know and does not care about the current law in regards to discrimination based on race and nationality. Avoid it.
