Mark Ward is an amazing mortgage adviser who has provided stress-free and knowledgeable service. I am a first time buyer and the team have acted as an patient guide for me and my partner. Every email and phone call exceed my expectations as this made my financial decisions feel manageable and secure. The process was new and confusing, but his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service made us feel comfortable throughout. Endurance Financial Limited team have really gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

I cannot thank Mark and his team especially Poppy enough for their support. Myself and my husband were first time buyers and knew nothing about buying a house! Mark was great with advice and realistic with us and quick to respond - even when he was on annual leave! I have already given Mark's name to a few friends who are looking to move/re-mortgage because of the support he gave. Support with life insurance as well as our mortgage application and supported with finding a solicitors as well, we managed to go from looking at our house on 24/11/2025 to fully exchanging on 21/01/2026! thanks again!
