Ordered some boots. Needed them within a few days for a new-starter's PPE. Was told I would have them within 2 days. Didn't arrive. Called to chase 6 days after ordering only to be told they would be sent that day and there had been a delay. I wasn't kept informed and now I have to run around trying to find somewhere to buy boots for a new employee starting tomorrow! Just not good enough. No apology, just didn't seem to care that we had been let down

I use sheaf valley supples a lot for my PPE. Always get me what I need. If it’s not in stock they’ll get it me quick sharp. It’s a family run business who appreciate their customers. I Wouldn’t use anyone else. My most recent purchase was a pair of port west high viz trousers which are perfect.

Amazing service from Tim always happy to go above and beyond to get us what we need, happy to talk through designs for printing to make sure we get exactly the right product. They never have let me down in regards to what I need the have everything. Delivery is fantastic and would recommend anyone to use them.

We’ve been using Sheaf Valley Supplies for over 30 years. Excellent service everytime and very helpful staff. They have a great range of quality PPE and workwear. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
