We bought a beautiful pewter christening cup for our nephew. Well crafted, expertly polished and… a hiccup. The engraving had a slight error. No sooner had I emailed to explain, Edwin Blyde sent a corrected replacement. They were so good not to insist on sending the initial item back before dispatching. And they refunded the postage too! Great products. Great service.

Poor quality item. Unhelpful customer services. No return policy for returning damaged items. I buy quaich’s as presents this is a terrible example. If l had seen it in the flesh before purchase l would have walked on by. Avoid

I had previously lost the screw top to my hip flask. I got in contact with the company and they sent me a new one which arrived two days after initially contacting them. Excellent customer service. The hip flask itself is well designed and a classy gift for friends or family.

Bought a lovely quaich as a gift, a simple modern design with a good weight to it. Arrived beautifully packaged and engraved. Well received. Good price too, found these guys online so it's always a bit of a punt when trying to gauge quality, this definitely hit the description.

Really poor products, damage to the handles on the tankards they tried to claim was 'damaged from shipping' when clearly it was a manufacturing defect. Seriously poor quality control and a woman in customer services that would be enough to put anyone off a purchase. Save your time and go elsewhere.
