Total waste of space, I remember the good old days when Sheffield had half a dozen quality shops, now we have places like this that barely seem to be operational. The owner seems to not care about anything, the shop is closed for long periods of time, the phone rings forever sometimes with no way of leaving a message, and the website shows available stock levels, sometimes multiple available items, none of which are actually in stock, add all these together and what you get is massive disappointment, such a shame really......AVOID.

Pretty much useless shop, over the phone they have literally nothing in that you ask for but according to the website its all in stock, funny thing is when you are able to get access to the shop there are guns and equipment everywhere. Not sure if this business is winding down but as far as I'm concerned it should be, just not fit for purpose, one star is really pushing it.

After visiting Hardy Browns, my friend and I thought we'd nip over only to be met in the car park and told we aren't allowed to browse and didn't have an appointment so can't go in.....absolutely fantastic business model. Avoid and go to Hardy Browns where they will happily chat to you all day long without the pressure of buying anything.

Total waste of time. Turned up to look around, as the website advertises, just to be told that you can't actually browse and they don't sell guns anymore. Apparently they 'haven't got to updating the website!

Unfortunately no option for a zero rating. Ordered some choke keys online as said in stock, after a couple of weeks rang and was informed they are out of stock and will arrive in a week and posted out. Further two weeks still no item, rang back and asked where's my order. Orders been sent (allegedly), I stated I haven't received anything. I'll resend them, that was a week ago and still nothing. E-mailed and said if I haven't received my items within a week refund my money. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money elsewhere. I'll never order from these again.
