This gym is quite well priced. And they have some nice machines! Unfortunately, in winter, it is extremely cold. The problem with this is that weight training in the cold can cause muscle tears. If your using the cardio machines, or boxing, this won’t be as much of an issue.
Brilliant family friendly centre, we've been going a month now. My daughter decided she wanted to learn to box and Rileys was recommended to me by a friend. Pops the trainer couldn't have made us more welcome, Emily went away feeling like a champ, and we have been every week since - she loves it.

I visited Sheffield for a bit and couldn’t find a gym until I saw this boxing gym.The boxing coaches are rad and the machines are excellent.
