Ascona Deepcar Service Station & Greggs

I'm a firm believer in supporting local business, and have done so for many years with this service station. I am always impressed with how this station has adapted to changes, and I really like the recent upgrades. However, in the last few months, I have encountered some rude and abrasive contacts with some (not all) staff. I feel that the parcel collection/drop off situation may be the reason for this. On a recent encounter, I went to collect a parcel, waited patiently in a queue, and when I got to be next served, I was told (unpolitely) that she would serve the next person behind me, assumably, as this was a fuel purchase. I don't have to support local business, I choose to. I pass many other service stations on my commutes, which I will now be refuelling at sadly and I will redirect parcels elsewhere. I don't think (some) staff realise the impact their behaviours have on customer experience. I am genuinely sad to give this feedback.

If i could put no stars i would. Think the staff need some training in customer service an people skills rude obnoxious and cant seem to be bothered if they dont like the job go get another

Rude staff. Always complaining about having to deal with parcels. Won't accept any parcels after 7pm even though the evri site states differently. Woman who serves in a morning is rude when serving customers, even when it's just customers paying for petrol or a coffee.

Visited today to collect some parcels. First time I've collected from there and it will be the last! The women who served me was rude, and patronising.

Normally the staff are excellent however today I was served by a ignorant member of staff,no hello please or thanks.I will be speaking to Ascona Head Office in the morning!!!
