I recently had the privilege of staying at Islam Dewsbury for the last ten days of Ramadan, a period filled with intense spiritual significance and devotion. My experience during this time was truly transformative, thanks to the exceptional environment and support provided by the mosque. Islam Dewsbury radiated a sense of serenity and reverence during the final days of Ramadan, creating the perfect atmosphere for deep reflection and connection with the divine. The facilities were impeccably maintained, ensuring that all worshippers could fully immerse themselves in their spiritual journey. The staff members at Islam Dewsbury were incredibly attentive and supportive, offering guidance on spiritual practices and providing assistance whenever needed. Their dedication and hospitality enhanced the overall experience, allowing brothers to focus wholeheartedly on their worship and contemplation. Participating in Itikaf during the last ten days of Ramadan at Islam Dewsbury was a profound experience. It allowed me to engage in intense acts of worship, from performing nightly Taraweeh prayers to engaging in Quranic recitation and reflection. The sense of community among fellow worshippers was palpable, fostering a deep sense of camaraderie and shared spiritual journey. Overall, my time at Islam Dewsbury during the last ten days of Ramadan was nothing short of transformative. It provided me with the opportunity to draw closer to my faith and experience the profound blessings of this sacred time in a supportive and nurturing environment. I am deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Islam Dewsbury to anyone seeking a truly meaningful Ramadan experience.

It's wonderful to be in a Masjid upon the correct Aqeedah wa Manhaj of Qur'an and Sunnah. Very diverse, friendly and inclusive congregation, excellent facilities for the women and children. So many weekly classes and programmes,Alhamdulillah.

The Mosque is a beautiful centre for worship and learning Islam, but also a place that feels like home, with its strong community relationship. The congregation are very welcoming and hospitable, always attending to others needs. The Mosque has two entrances, one for females and one for males. Clean wudu facilities are available around the Masjid. The main prayer hall for men is upstairs, and downstairs for women. It has up-to-date classrooms for children studying in Madrassah (islamic supplementary school). Along with funeral facilities and a kitchen for social occaisions. The Masjid has a lounge area that can be used for various activities for youth, community related events and nikkah/wedding functions. It even has its own mini cardio gym! The Masjid focuses on helping its surrounding community, one example is its foodbank that helps those who need it. Friday Jummah Khutbahs are conducted in english with one monthly urdu Khutbah, along with funeral prayers and eid prayers. Regular classes are also taught weekley (in english) at the Masjid (online for now on Facebook due to Covid), Islam Dewsbury on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. A must visit centre!
