in 2010 I went to the sharia Council at masjid heera in Dewsbury, looking back now I think did the sharia Council panel work in the path of Allah sat in a masjid or for power, belittled my brother by asking how many namaz do you pray 7 or 8, judged my reasons for a divorce, despite my ex husband not even turning up to the meeting, this is surely something I will ask Allah on the day of judgment, 15 years later I still think back to that day disheartened.
