Absolutely loved this place from the moment we walked in! The attention to detail and calming atmosphere were just perfect. The host was so welcoming, showed us to our table, explained the menu and ordering process clearly, and made us feel really looked after — customer service was 10/10! The food arrived at the perfect time and looked incredible. We ordered the sweet and savoury breakfast, poached eggs on smashed avocado, and two speciality karak chais — everything was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. We left extremely happy and can’t wait to come back again soon. Such a lovely family-vibe café, highly recommend! Bonus: there’s free 2-hour parking at the top of the hill — just display your ticket, which makes visiting even easier.

This is a lovely place and beautifully decorated inside. The food was lovely and tasty and presented very nicely. Coffee was lovely but I like mine hot and it wasn't. We were offered a free piece of cake to try and it was the freshest, moist and lovely cake I have had. They have a huge selection of cakes and cookies which were a very generous portion. All the staff were very friendly and smiley. Will definitely go back again in the future. I noticed they did a take away service as well.

The food was absolutely amazing, as you can clearly tell from the pictures, but what truly stood out was the incredible service. We arrived at 4:25, just as the kitchen was about to close for the brunch menu, and we were a fairly large group. Knowing it would take us a little time to decide, the staff were so kind and accommodating that they kept the kitchen open a bit longer just so we could place our order. That level of care and consideration is rare and made us feel genuinely welcomed rather than rushed. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and it completely elevated our experience. Where do I even start? This was my fourth visit to Elite, and I intentionally waited before leaving a review. Often, a place impresses the first time, only for the quality to dip on the second or third visit but Elite has been consistently exceptional. Every single time, the food, presentation, atmosphere, and service have been a solid 10/10. I’ve worked my way through a wide variety of dishes and drinks on the menu, and nothing has disappointed. The mojitos are refreshing with a proper punch - perfectly balanced and not watered down. The hot drinks deserve special mention: the karak chai is clearly made fresh (not from powder), with a beautiful depth of flavour and a subtle ginger warmth that lingers. The coffee is outstanding - smooth, deep, and full-bodied without any bitterness. Even the festive drinks were spot on; the cinnamon latte was beautifully done, with the cinnamon flavour coming through naturally rather than overpowering the drink. The food itself is consistently fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Every ingredient feels high quality, even the salads and fruit are crisp, vibrant, and never wilted or dry. The savoury dishes are exceptional. Perfectly creamy scrambled eggs sit atop buttery toast, paired with rich, well-seasoned avocado and beautifully cooked eggs with silky yolks that soak into the bread. The sides elevate the entire experience with golden, crisp potatoes, fresh, vibrant greens, and sauces that are bold, balanced, and clearly made with care rather than added as an afterthought. The larger sweet and savoury breakfast platter is a true showstopper. Fluffy eggs, juicy sausages, savoury beans, fresh fruit, and sweet elements all come together effortlessly. It’s generous, colourful, and incredibly satisfying. And then the sweet dishes … pure indulgence. Thick, buttery fluffy French toast stacked high and topped with fresh berries, velvety chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and delicate edible flowers. It looks like art and tastes even better. Every bite is rich yet comforting, perfectly balancing sweetness with texture. The service was just as impressive as the food. The team always go above and beyond. They kindly gave my little sister a cupcake on the house, which was such a thoughtful and heart-warming gesture. When we asked for extra bread, it was also happily provided at no extra cost. The portion sizes are generous, and you genuinely feel looked after from the moment you arrive. Truly, these women are an inspiration. Been recommended & mentioned by many so decided to try their breakfast (Halal). Ordered full English with Spanish latte. Under 15min food was at the table, quick friendly yet professional service. Breakfast looked fresh, hot and smelling nice. One of the best tasting beef sausages ever. The whole platter was indulgence level 10 and the coffee was very good too. Result was clean plate and smile on the face. Took out few desserts for evening tea. Would highly recommend this place. 10/10
