Love the food here. Fresh, tasty, crispy chicken. Affordable, good deals, and a warm welcoming smile from the young man who served us. Only issue is that it's a bit cold, but probably a reflection of Batley plaza rather than Boo itself.

Firstly the dips are really tasty and I enjoyed the choice of three dips. The burger itself was well presented. Unfortunately, both burgers were really salty and it overpowered the other flavours. If the salt was toned down it would be much better. I also think for the price the portions are quite small so I can’t really score more than average on this occasion.

Visited here for lunch, a bit of a random stop. Was definitely worth it. Burger was tasty, soft, but not dry. The crispy onions were a great addition along with the beef bacon. The skin on fries are different from normal fries or chips, nice texture to them. It's worth noting that they have an offer on over lunch, which is any 4oz burger meal for £10. Looking at the menu prices, it would have been a lot more expensive if it wasn't in that offer. Will definitely visit again.

The place was really busy with a burger deal on, but it didn’t affect the quality one bit. The man who served me was brilliant – fantastic customer service. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and a proper smash burger with those crispy edges I always look for. Definitely one of the best I’ve had! The ranch sauce was out of this world too (honestly, it needs to be sold in bottles!). No grit at all – just great quality beef, unlike most places locally. I’d highly recommend this place.

As the Assistant General Manager at Wendy’s Liverpool, I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback. I recently placed a delivery order, and I must say I was truly impressed. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with the portion sizes being generous. The Nashville chicken was absolutely outstanding—by far the best I’ve had in the UK! The quality, taste, and portion size were all exceptional, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review. Great job to the team, and thank you for such an amazing meal! 🙌🏻 Sana ♥️🤲🏻
