Ordered with Uber eats a burger, french fries and diet Pepsi. That's what I got: no buns!! The salad is thrown a side, the meat is so overcooked and dry you wouldn't believe it. And finally, look at the fries in the pics... No words. Directly to the trash: this ain't a restaurant it's a scam!
I have previously visited and never had an complaints. However this time was another story. The man taking our order wasn't very pleasant or happy. When asked to clean the table he wasn't very happy. Eventually did clean the table. The floor was very dirty and needed a good clean. The nachos were good. The strawberry margarita was merely a diluted cordial with strawberries thrown in . The staff need some customer service training.
Must try burgers in central Dewsbury - all halal, no alcohol on premises 👌 1. Friendly customer service - polite service from people who know their food / burgers - Fast food turnaround, we usually ring in and pick up in 20 mins 👍 2. Great selection of menu items / burgers - it's pricey stuff / get what you pay for; the 'Big Bang', 'Dynamite Chilli' and 'Mr Hyde' are always a hit for us, well presented and filling; standard chips are good quality / good upgrade options available e.g. loaded beef fries 🤤 - Good options for kids! 3. Cosy environment / plenty of seating - no booths but enough seating for 20-30 people; can feel like you're squashed in if busy - Big windows / plenty of natural light / city centre action 😉 4. Prayer room facilities - no dedicated facilities but single prayer mat can be arranged; local mosque 5 min walk away 🤲 5. Tricky parking it's the town centre 🤷♂️ - we usually park around the rear for evening pick ups; during the day best to use the city centre parking facilities 👍
Burgers from Burger Lab are absolutely next level stuff, the flavour, the quality is easily the best round. If you know other local places, forget about them. This is total game changer. We've had supernova beef burger with pulled beef and beef fries and just wow, what a feast. If you want best quality, Burger Lab is place to go.
Food was fantastic served by Zain service was spot on, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Bargain for the quality and portion.
