The burgers were just wow !!!! 10/10 Pizzas also good. Place does not disappoint. Great service, good vibes. We also tried the milkshake which was one of the best I've had in a long time. Great location and plenty of parking behind the place. Would not hesitate to go again
I had a great experience at this restaurant . One of the staff members Mr. Hiwad khan treated us very well. He is a very nice polite and respectful person. His excellent service made our visit enjoyable Highly appreciated!
Where do I start with the customer service here it was beautiful . Taff gave me some of the most blissful customer service I’ve experienced in retail. Polite , respectful and efficient he made my ice cream so well and was serving customers so efficiently. I hope he is looked after well by the company as he is an invaluable worker. Banging burgers as well . Cheers guys !
Always friendly staff when we've been here. Made to feel welcome and interested to have a chat whilst ordering. Today we ordered Mr Ts special pizza and chicken tenders with buffalo sauce and fries. The pizza was beautifully cooked. Everything piping hot. Chicken tenders cooked to perfection. Service with a smile. The gentleman (from Morroco) always greets us with a smile and is interested in making small talk. We've bought chicken burger meals, donner kebabs and now pizza and all really tasty and well cooked. Mr Ts is our go to when we're in Batley.
We ordered a pizza and one of the slices had a piece of blue glass/plastic inside under the cheese. I rang up as my child was also eating it and they were rude saying we made it up and they don’t have any glass in the building. I wasn’t bothered about a refund I wanted to tell them how dangerous it was if children were to eat it but they didn’t care and said it wasn’t them.
