First time visiting Seoul Krispy since new management took over. The server was very polite and willing to help. When asked for what recommendations he had, he went the extra mile for us by allowing us to taste the flavours they offered. We purchased two Korean boxes and the chicken was amazing. Our only problem was the mac and cheese was a bit watery, texture was different that usual- more like a powdered instant mash texture?. The burger, wings and fries were excellent. The restaurant in itself was very clean and comfortable for a family setting. Would definitely go again!!
Absolutely incredible experience at Seoul Krispy. The chicken was hands down some of the most tender I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavour. Every bite was unreal. On top of that, the customer service was phenomenal: friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring about the experience. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. This place is a must-visit and I’ll 100% be back. Highly, highly recommended 🔥🍗
Came to Batley for the first time and found this place! The food was really need - the sauces are unique! And the service was amazing - they allowed us to try the sauces prior ordering and gave us a new dish (for free) that they now, which was also good! The only thing that I’d want to top it all was a minor sound in the background but apart from that - 10/10! Very grateful for the experience!
Absolutely incredible experience! The food was unreal – super crispy, flavour-packed chicken with generous portions that were worth every penny. The loaded fries and burgers were next level! What really made it a 5-star visit was the service. The guy on the counter was outstanding – so friendly and welcoming. He even let us try different flavours before ordering, which you don’t get in most places. The hospitality was honestly insane and made the whole experience even better. If you’re in Batley and craving quality Korean-style crispy chicken, this is the spot. Will definitely be coming back! 🍗🔥😍
Such hospitality I’ve not experienced before, as soon as we came in we was offered tasting of special sauces free of cost. We tailored out food with their amazing sauces. Would 100% come again. Great costumer service, food and vibe!!!
