The worst pizzas I’ve ever had - cold dry and no flavour at all. Not to mention being 1hour 40 mins late and kept lying saying drivers lost / broken down / when driver finally arrived he said nothing of the sort. Mentioned he just got the food now and came here. Absolutely disgusting customer service and pizzas tasted like a 9 year old made them with random ingredients
Service was just as good as the food. Just lovely 10/10 best place ive been to in dewsbury and affordable too and their presentation of the food is lovely. Definitely recommend
Food quality is never the same Brought pizza and donna meal The donna looked old and stringing Pizza was just cheese Top it off old a couple of chicken fillet burgers Was given dip burgers. Spoke to the old guy in charge. He can give you some good excuses be honest and say it was old donna and you made the mistake off giving us the wrong burgers. People are giving then full rating must be work colleague or family.
Good food but unfortunatley bad service. I normally get food from here and normally get good service. Unfortunately last few times they have forgotten items in the meal deal that I ordered. Again I ordered the same meal deal and again the food item was missing which I let the staff know. I asked instead of the missing fries if I could just have an extra drink and that was agreed. Later the same staff came out with fries and said that I needed to pay extra for the other drink which I then put back into the fridge infront of him. What I didn't appreciate is that the staff was speaking bad about me within earshot of me and my wife and we heard everything he said with him assuming we wouldn't understand what he was saying. Me and my wife had to walk out half way through having food as we didn't appreciate them talking bad about us when it was their mistake in the first place.
First time trying this establishment and got to say it was fantastic. Friendly staff and nice food at reasonable price with some good meal deals. Will definitely be back.
