Very clean, tidy and beautiful. It's very well looked after. The kids playground is great, the tennis courts, football pitch and outdoor gym are fab. Walled flower garden is stunning. Only problem is the cafe has been shut for years. It would do well selling drinks, sandwiches and cakes etc
