Doggy car dealer, sale creep car keep saying it doesn’t have problems. They said they provide warranty but refuse to put it on invoice just oral promise. So asked my deposit back they days to do the refund, I have to keep calling them chases for it

Fake / doctored Services and Car service history. Purchased a vehicle with "full service history" and noted that the more recent services were at a lower mileage (around 30k lower miles) than its service in 2019 😂 .. be sure to check your documents! Also the cars purchased here "come with free M.o.T and Service, Car has done around 300 miles since purchase and the "Service Due" light has come on. Also they give you 0 paperwork to say its actually had a form of any service. As many people have said, amazing communication when you walk in, moment you hand your money over they dissappear. Rang 7 times in one day, no calls answered, called from a partners mobiles, answered right away. AVOID or take someone with you who knows something about cars as they'll tell you what you want to hear and not follow through with anything they say. So to round up: Fake documents given showing recent service at a lower mileage than older ones, no service actually done on the car (confirmed by a garage I took it to, they said filters e.t.c are OLD and not new.) Once they get your money its like getting blood from a stone just to get in contact with them.

I bought a Honda Jazz for my mum who had a Jazz before and she wanted the same car but newer. I never expected to find the car we did for the price mileage and condition and the commute from Glasgow was worth it. The salesman was accommodating and hospitable given our long trip. Helped with sorting the insurance and tax going over and above their duty. Great service and great car. My mum was over the moon with her present.

Decided to travel all the way from london to Dewsbury to buy my car from A1 motor group after reading all the good positive reviews we decided to buy our car from this garage. Was definitely satisfied with the car I wanted & it was the way it was described on Autotrader. The staff was very polite & helpful made us feel relaxed. Not pushy salesmen like other garages that we been previously. Will definitely recommend to my family & friends. Keep up the good work guys.

Passed my driving test today and bought my 1st car from A1 motor group Dewsbury. The boss gave me a good deal on my Ford fiesta couldn't ask for a better deal. Plus they gave me 12 months MOT & 6 months Warranty free with the car. Tops lads top service. Highly recommended A1 motor group
